Daily Quests
Daily quests are a board of optional objectives that refreshes every day. You open it from the quests icon in the top bar, and the panel shows how long is left before the board resets.
The daily board
Each day the board holds up to 12 quests, grouped in categories, with two quests per category.
Quests cover the activities you already play: battling, gathering, exploring, crafting and laboratory work, plus things like assigning stat points, equipping items or scrapping them. Only the categories you can currently make progress in appear on your board, and when there are more of them than the board can fit, the ones that show up rotate from day to day.
Every quest has a difficulty (easy, medium or hard) that sets how much you need to do.
Accepting and completing
A quest only tracks progress after you accept it, so anything you did earlier in the day does not count towards it. You can keep up to 5 quests active at the same time.
Progress comes from your normal play, which means battling and gathering quests keep advancing while you are offline.
Cancelling an active quest frees the slot and puts the quest back on the board, so you can accept it again later the same day. A quest that reaches its target also frees its slot right away, even before you claim it.
Rewards
Claiming a completed quest pays credits. The reward follows your account income, and the upkeep of your base if you have one, so it grows along with you. Only the first five quests you claim each day pay credits.
Once you complete five quests, the daily bonus at the top of the panel becomes claimable and pays Quantum Cores.
